The staff was great.

The ski room was inconveniently located and small. We also faced issues with accessing the gondola due to full buses.

the suite had a lovely balcony with amazing views. Internet was unreliable .

Delightful apartment, plenty of room for our family of 6. Beautiful view out to the mountains. Very well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and bedding. Bright and airy pool complex.

A breakfast buffet would be a nice addition.

The location is marvellous and amazing, a 10-15 minute walk from Brevent-Flegere. And it's based in a ski area very close to restaurants and supermarkets as well as a very green and well maintained garden.

Les Balcons du Savoy is a nice hotel even though it is older and needs some renovation. The staff was very friendly and quite helpful. They set up the ski school for our children and organized the lift passes. The room (2 room apartment) was spacious (lots of storage) with an incredible view and decent facilities. The kitchen came with plenty of plates, utensils, etc. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and functional. The location is the best thing about this hotel. It's right on the mountain. A short walk to the tow rope and another short walk to the gondola then you reached Brevent-Flegere. The ski lockers in the basement were perfectly placed and parking was easy and secure.

I am happy to pay high prices for any hotel as long as the facilities match the price. This room was expensive at 2100 euros for 7 days. For 300 euros per night the pool should be nicer and warmer. There should be a jacuzzi and the steam room should not be dirty and smell like sweaty socks and mold.

Huge suite with a separate living area, killer views of Mont Blanc, and nice comfy beds. Loved the sauna after a long day outside.

We chose this self catering accommodation mainly because of free parking and location, and we weren't disappointed. We were given an upgrade to a larger apartment, which was very well equipped, and there was secure underground parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they were available 24 hours a day. The apartments are within walking distance from shopping, supermarkets and Chamonix mountain gondolas and lifts. We could see the glaciers from our balcony - awesome.

Be very careful wheni booked I thought I booked a 2 bedroom appartment when I arrived it was a 2 roomed appartment.they said they were fully booked so my sister had to sleep on the couch.and my son on the floor.very dissapointing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charming hotel, charming views, with amazing scenery from the balcony where paragliders landed, and a spacious room equipped with a small kitchen that allowed us to enjoy good meals while soaking in the fine surroundings.

The wonderful view of Mont Blanc with a large balcony facing the sun from noon until sunset. Located just meters away from the lifts and the tracks.

Amazing views in Chamonix 🏔️

The views from the balcony were flipping very nice! Every evening, we enjoyed a lekker sunset while braaing our dinner. The chommies at reception hooked us up with ski passes, super handy, and that onsite laundry was a lifesaver too!

Only thing was the shower's glass curtain was way too small, so water kinda went everywhere.

Very very nice hotel, and have kitchen, really good view of the snow mountain Mont-Blanc.
